Hi, we are designing 25MHz switching envelope tracking circuit with LMG1210, datasheet recommend synchronous bootstrap when lower on time smaller than 20ns. Is this just depends on time or also related to GaN gate capacitance?

Hello Shengan,
It is based off time. The diode needs to recover quickly to charge the bootstrap capacitor. You might be able to use a fast recovery Schottky diode instead.
Here is some documentation on how to implement it.
