what is the function of CIN? Is CIN implement for ESD protection?

    Hi Fei,

    Power to the internal circuits of the LM74700-Q1 and the charge pump is taken from the ANODE pin. The input capacitance acts as a decoupling / local reservoir for the internal linear regulator and also helps bypass the charge pump noise and thereby helps with the EMI performance.
