BQ76952: Calibrating of the bq76952

Could you tell me about bq76952? When calibrating the voltage, the phenomenon that the discharge FET is destroyed frequently occurs.

The discharge FET gate-GND voltage and source-GND voltage waveforms after pressing the calibration button are shown below.

Is this waveform correct? If not, could you please tell me what to do?

Hi Kentaro,

I have never seen anything like this - is this using the EVM? Can you tell me more about your steps and hardware?

Hi Matt,

EVM is not used. It is designed by our company with reference to the EVM circuit diagram.

How does the FET gate signal behave during voltage calibration?

Hi Kentaro,

I do not expect the FET gate to behave any differently during voltage calibration. Can you share your hardware schematic and the test sequence?
