Dear TI team.

We would like to ask you about specification of TLV8009E.

In the datasheet 8.2 Functional Block Diagram, we can see the 2 resistors between VDD pin and comparator / GND (Red rectangle).

We would like to know the value of these resistors. Could you let us know about it ?

Of course, we understand that these are the internal resistors of the chip, so the values of the resistors varies. Therefore, We would like to know the approximate resistance value.

Hello Toshiaki,

We don't specify the exact values for the internal resistor divider but they are used to set the fixed threshold voltage.

We understood you don't specify the exact values for internal resistor.

However, we would like to know whether the internal resistor value is in the KΩohm(1K~10K or 10K~100K) range or the MΩ range, only the approximate value.

The internal resistor values are in the range of 10M to 20M ohms.
