Hi,
We have followed a recommended design from webench for a 3-4.2V to 3.3V @ 2.5A dc dc converter.
The implemented design however will shut off the output whenever the current goes above 2A.
We exchanged the recommended inductor (SDR0403-1R0ML) for the IHLP1212AEER1R0M11 to reduce the overall footprint but it has similar specifications.
Any idea why it can't go above 2A?
