Hi,

I am trying to find a switch with below characteristics. Can you make some suggestions:

1- Current only flows from input toward output

2- Control signal is digital signal with 0V=LOW, 5V=HIGH

3- Input is analog 0V to 5V.

4- input = Output if Control = 5V.

5- Output is high impedance if Control =0V.

Very happy to hear your have some request, could you please tell me what you current limit need? I guess maybe TPS25221 cam meet your requirement.

Max current in on state 100mA.

MAX acceptable leakage current when VCC=0 about 100nA

Switch would be normally open

Ron (max) = 1ohm

Hi Kaveh,

Other three point are ok for the TPS25221, but for the Max leakage current, you mean the VCC=0, then the leakage current should be 0, and for our device test, we use the VIN=5.5V, and the max leakage current only 500uA max when the EN=0.
