    Hi Kygo,

    Unfortunately, we not have any devices with a SOT-89-3 device in our portfolio. The closest device we will have is the TLV809E, simple 3 pin supervisor with a CMOS active low output, like the S808. The TLV809EA43DBZR is the device match we have for the S-80842CLUA-B63T2G.
