Hello Charles,

There may be an existing chem ID that matches the new battery. Use the GPCCHEM tool first.

If that does not yield any matches then let us know and we will send you the shipping address. You will need to ship 3 or 9(for primary cell) batteries. It may take a couple of months to get a new ChemID.
