My group is developing a product based on LP87524JRNFRQ1+IWR6843AOP.

For 1.8V and 1.0V power supply, IWR6843AOP has ripple requirements as shown in the following figure.

According to the requirements in Table 8-2, the ripple of μVRMS level needs to be measured at seven frequency points.

What kind of equipment should be used and how to make the measurement?

(I have only measured mV ripples using an oscilloscope)

Hi,

We use the following measurement setup. Spectrum analyzer is configured to use RMS detector and from the measurement data it is possible to calculate the noise. The linear regulator shown in the picture is not used in LP87745-Q1 measurements since the EVM includes preregulator to step down 12V to 3.3V
