Can some one give information about the below part marking

I was assuming that it is a LDO, if you have any part number associated with above part marking please share it.
Regards
Vijay.

Hello Vijay,
Please send a picture of the device. Using the Part Marking Lookup Tool: Packaging Part Marking Lookup | Texas Instruments (ti.com) it may be one of two devices.
Thank you,
~Leonard
Hi Leonard,
we will try get to the image as the part was very small we couldn't capture image of it very clearly, meanwhile Is it possible for you tell us about in which category this part might fall under? LDO or switching regulator or any other power related category?
Regards
Vijay
Here are the two devices with 18 marking. One is an 8-pin device, the other a 4-pin device:
|
Part number
|
Marking | Package | Pins |
|---|
| BQ298018RUGR | 18 | RUG | 8 |
| TLV74018PDQNR | 18 | DQN | 4 |
The TLV74018 is an LDO.
Hope this helps,
~Leonard

Hello Vijay,
Please confirm there are 8 pads on the package/pcb conforming to this package drawing: https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/mpqf215a/mpqf215a.pdf .
Looking at the EVM, the pads are obvious, but I cannot tell from your picture if they are the same on your device.
