How is the thermal solution of TPS846C24?

The TPS846C24 IC surface of the EVM is 80-82°C after 30mins at 26A loading
the ambient temperature is 25°C, but there will 40°C at chamber

Hi Yuhsuan,
The device has an internal thermal shutdown threshold that is fixed at 145°C (typical). When the device senses a temperature above TSD, power conversion stops until the sensed junction temperature decreases by the amount of the thermal shutdown hysteresis, THYST (25°C typical). The response to an over temperature fault is to shut down and then restart.
See section 7.3.12 of the datasheet for more information. At 26A, 40°C ambient, the device should run fine from an input voltage of 5-12V and an output voltage of 0.8V to 1.8V.
