We test the part of 5962R1022102VSC, and the Pvin&Vin, Vref, Vout are all out of range value.

Can you help to check if the parts defective?

    Hi,

    Most likely the parts were not defective upon delivery as they are screened to a very high quality standard required for QMLV pedigree.  As you know, the DUT is only a part of a converter design.  Without a schematic or any other background information of how you are testing the converter, it would be impossible for me to know what might be going on.
