Hello,

I have used "Calibrate" function of EV software to calibrate the current. After 2 calibration attempts, the SBS shows a "current" of -8mA while no laod is connected to the cells. This is obviously a 0.4% error. But, is it a matter of concern?
I have never had that problem with other bq20z45_r1 or bq20z90 ICs. Any explanation(s).

Also, where can I get some detailed info on TCA, and TDA?

Check that there is no current during the CC offset calibration. Also make sure that you do the board offset calibration before the current calibration. Let me know if that fixes the problem.

What is the reason for doing the board offset calibration before the cc calibration? I have test routines that typically do the cc and then if it hasn't gone to 0 mA it does the board offset calibration.
