    Hi LIUHUAN,

    This 310mV dropout spec is with higher load current, you can see in figure 6.4:

    That dropout decreases when load decreases. From 1A to 300mA it can decrease by 50%, meaning in your case the device should operate fine with 3.3V in and 2.96V out at 300mA load condition. Please let me know if this was not the original question.
