My customer already new the approach/design exists for digital controller for 3-phase Vienna Rectifier, but not analog (mixed mode IC) controller.Do we have any mixed mode controller for 3-phase Vienna Rectifier?

I am not aware of any other vienna designs other than TIDM-1000. Please check with analog team.

Thank you for this response. Can you forward/move the thread to correct analog team for support? My customer is looking for analog (mixed mode IC) controller or any mixed mode controller for 3-phase Vienna Rectifier.

I did a quick search and don't find any other vienna rectifier design. So they do not consider the MCU based solution?
