Hi Uchikoshi,
The LM2594 does not have an external soft-start feature. However, there are several options that may be helpful to the customer:
1. The LM2598 and LM2599 have an external soft-start feature; they are 40V devices;
2. The datasheet shows a method for a delayed start-up. This is not the same as a true soft-start, but may be helpful to the customer. It is in figure 14 of the LM2594 datasheet.
3. There is a possible solution in the link, you can try it. https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slva307
Thanks.
