Hi,

I am working on a low side switching buck converter, and I am looking for a IC which can do the following:

Low side switching buck IC
Current feedback on the low side
Voltage feedback
It should not have internal MOS for switching
Operating voltage Vin > 70V
Max duty cycle = 100%

Hello Ashiq,

Seeing as the control FET is the low side switch, you will need to use a boost converter, not a buck. Seeing as you have a requirement of VIN>70V, please consider the LM5020.
