Does TI have solution have same function as LTC7001?

I find high side switch driver product but seems all have a little different.

Hi Jeff,

TPS4811 and TPS1211 are closest to LTC7001

Hi Rakesh,

My customer feedback he concern about the turn on/turn off delay, need ns level, LTC7001 <100ns, TPS4811 =1~2us.

Does TI have this kind of device?

Hi Jeff,

Are you talking about the propagation delay from control pin to GATE ? What is the use case and Why it is important ?

The data points in LTC7001 and TPS4811 are at different GATE capacitance load (CL)

Customer reply it used in power path switch for system backup application, that is a reason why they need fast turn on/off solution.
