TPS272C45: PSpice Model for C-version - Clamp is in the device?

Hi team, 

Simulation on TPS272C45C shows the output voltage is clamped at -2V from ground, without any external TVS/diode connected. If there is no internal clamp in TPS272C45C, I would expect the voltage should be much more negative. Can you help confirm if there is a clamp getting modeled in the TPS272C45C PSpice model?

    Hi PY,

    Yes I did see the similar behavior as I was looking into the model. When I look inside, it seems the VDS clamp has been removed for C version. There might be something else going on and we need to look into it.

    How urgent is this request?
