I can assist in preliminary debug and investigation if you can provide me schematic and system information (e.g., type of load, is Vcm switching, does this happen on power up, what is the power sequence, waveforms of input voltages during system operation). Basic understanding of layout (specifically the how device ground and load ground are connected) is helpful too.
