    Hi,

    Not sure what do you mean "all the functioning of the TL494", but if you do mean "all", then shut down the device would be the only way to disable all the functioning of the TL494 IC. So turn off VCC will disable "all the functioning of the TL494".

    IF that is not what you mean, please provide more explanations of what you mean.
