Thanks for pointing it out. And yes that is correct.
So, It should be 10b = 8.2 V and 11b = 8.2 V as well because there are three VIN BAD threshold levels as indicated in the following table in DS.

Hi Ishtiaque.
I observed also the mentioned from that table but it was still uncleared for me.
It would make more sense to write something like that: 1xb --> to mask bit0 from the possible values (0x3 or 0x4).
