BQ34Z100-G1: Learning cycling issues for battery pack

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1

HELLO TI TEAM,

I have encountered some problems while performing Learning Cycle. The Update Status is always 04. Here are the steps I took to perform Learning Cycle.
1. Configure the parameters according to ZHCSD95D 8.2.2
2. Get the CHEM ID
3. Discharge the battery with electronic load and leave it to relaxed
4. Set IT_Enable
5. Charge the battery to full
6. Relax
7. Discharge the battery to empty at 3A
8. Relax
Here are my questions.
1. I used Design Energy Scale because Design Energy was out of range. I set the scale to 2.
Design Energy = capacity of single cell * number of cells in parallel * voltage of single cell / Design Energy Scale
Design Energy = 3100 mAh * 4 * 3.67 V / 2 = 22754 mWh
I also the scale for Reserve Energy, Avg Power Last Run, User Rate, and T Rise.
I don't know if this is the correct configuration?
2. RUP_DIS was set after IT_Enable being set. RUP_DIS was cleared when the battery started to charge, but set again after a while. VOK was always cleared during that period of time. I would like to know what may be the reason and how to solve this problem.
3. FC was not set after the battery was full.
I am wondering if it is because I did not configure Taper Current but used the default value
4. I don't know if there is any other issues in my configuration, it would be really helpful if you could help me check the configurations.
5. I want to know if NTC must be installed and what will happen if it is not installed?
6. At first I chose 2782 for ChemID for convenience, later I got 2897 after the ChemID match process, so finally I used 2897.
2782 and 2897 are both LGC's INR18650MH1

In the attachment I put my Learning Cycle Log, gg file, Golden lmage (I burned other CHEM IDs after burning Golden lmag), and the parameters of the battery pack.
