Hello Team,
We are designing an isolated MOSFET driver using the IC UCC21320-Q1.

The Pin VDDA is driven from an isolated power supply 15V_VDDA and is referring to the GND.
The US_ is another voltage that is completely isolated from this 15V_VDDA. The voltage US_ is referring to GND.
Both the FETs will be toggled in a complimentary manner.

Hello Akshat,
Thank you for your reply.
In my system, the gate-source voltage is isolated from the voltage given at the drain of the MOSFET.
When the High side MOSFET is turned on, the US_ is connected to the GNDA. I hope there is nothing wrong since the two voltages are isolated.
Or am I missing something?
The DOI is a 2A load that is referring to GND

Hi Shibin,

Your schematic looks great! There should be no issues. My question is why not use a regular isolated supply for VDDB just like you did for VDDA? Wouldn't that be much simpler?

We are planning to use another isolated DC-DC regulator for VDDB too.
