Hi Team, 

Trying to read/write the man. access and I am receiving the following error: SMB Write Command Error Error code: NO USB: VB_NO_USB.

    Hello Mark,

    This error indicates that the connection to the EV2300/EV2400/MKST-3P-ALT-EV2300 could not be opened.

    Possible causes

    1. The EV2300 / EV2400 / MKST-3P-ALT-EV2300 is opened and in use by a different program. Sometimes if the previous program using it did not exit properly, then this error is seen. Reboot and try if not able to resolve by checking all running programs

    2. If using EV2300, then the drivers may not be installed correctly. EV2300 drivers have issues with 64 bit Windows( Win 7 and later)

    3. If using EV2400, update the firmware to the latest

    4. If using MKST-3P-ALT-EV2300, then make sure that the software update for MKST-3P-ALT-EV2300 is installed
