I am using UCC28951 to design a 2.4KW (400 V to 12 V) DC DC converter that charges a battery.
My application has a ripple current for the capacitor of around 11 A. The frequency of the ripple current is 200 kHz.
Since my load is a battery I don't have the same requirements as the ones mentioned in the application note for sizing the output capacitor.
Can I base the selection of the output capacitors on their ability to handle the ripple current alone. I mean for example connecting 10 10uF MLCCs like this one here

Will that low value of the capacitance cause problems? Will the very low ESR of the MLCCs cause stability problems?
