I have some questions on the TPS65510 below. Let me know if any additional details are needed.
- What values are suggested for resistors and capacitors and inductor in the datasheet on page 2? / How do I choose the values for these?
- What purpose do each of the surrounding components serve including the resistors, capacitors, inductor, and diode?
- What is the circuit on the right side of the diagram on page 2 in Figure 2? / How do I power the load from this circuit? / How do I integrate the load?
- In place of the main battery, can I use a power supply?
- Will the output change based on the backup battery voltage (when backup is used and when main power is used)?
- How much output current can the chip provide?
- How fast does the output switch from main power to backup battery once the main power stops?
- Can I add a voltage divider to step down the output voltage from 3.3V to 3V? / Do you have any suggestions for how I can go about stepping down to 3V?
