Hi Andrew,

The UCC2818D is the UCC2818 in an SOIC 16 pin package. I don't see the MDREP designator anywhere. Can you show me where you see that.

Got it, the "orderable" part number. Thank you Andrew .

The UCC2818D is in a 16pin SOIC specified for Ta of -40°C - 85°C,

The UCC2818MDREP is the HiRel Enhanced version of the same die in a 16pin SOIC specified for Ta of –55°C to 125°C. They use different mold compounds and test flow, but functionally the same.
