Hi team,
Is there a negative current limit threshold in LM25149? It seems like there isn't any negative current limit. Would it be a problem if I sink current at the output? Input voltage to buck converter can sink the current.

Shaury

Hi Shaury,
There is no negative current limit. Note the negative current will sink to GND through the lowside FET if the VOUT is over-voltage.
The input will only sink the current if the input voltage falls below the output voltage. This will be conducted through the highside FET.
