Figure 10-4 of the current datasheet shows efficiency down to 1mA.
Do we have any data for lower currents? We'd like to see 24V in, 5V out efficiency at 10uA load (or the equivalently, input/quiescent current under those conditions).

The below stat in the datasheet will be very close to the measured value.
If you would like to be conservative, extrapolating the conversion efficiency of 60% at 24Vin to 5Vout at 1mA down to 10uA load, a good estimate would be a supply current of 30uA.
I did measure on the bench and it measured 27uA so my guesstimate was pretty good.
