UCC5350: Spice model

Part Number: UCC5350

I would like to request you to check the SPICE model of UCC5350SBD.

The model of UCC5350MCD has been modified to avoid "False turn ON of upper NMOS.".
On the other hand, the model of UCC5350SBD has not been modified.
Does the same problem not occur in UCC5350SBD?

In my model, upper MOS and lower MOS conduct at the same time.

Hi,

Can you swap the SB model with the M model in your simulation to confirm the issue is caused by the SB model itself and not the simulation?

Hi,

I had already checked the SB model and confirmed that the MCD model does not cause any problems.
So I am concerned that there is a problem with the SB model.
