Hi, you provide me TPS51650 PSPICE TRANSIENT MODEL.

BUT I need TPS59650 PSPICE TRANSIENT MODEL PLEASE CHECK AGAIN.

Hello again,

It's the same spice model for both parts; the only difference between 51650 & 59650 is temp range. They even have the same datasheet.
