TPS61023: Solution for USB and AA battery ×2

I looking for the solution about USB (5V) and AA battery ×2 (2~3V) with nearly Power path management.

(When system load higher than I_USB, I_BAT provide current fill in the gap)

I trying to make solution referenced by TPS61094 below, changed points are USB input and AA battery should not charge (it should reduce buck mode).  

Example case of TPS61023, I imaging below solution.

Is there any problem or careful points, or required function?
