I would like to know if we can routing out the /INT pin of BQ21061 connecting this pin to NC1 and NC2 pins avoiding via-in pad solution. From your application note "Slua996" I understand that it is possible to routing out the /LP pin using NC2 pin and therefore I need to know if it is also possible using NC1. From BQ21061 datasheet it seems not possible to connect NC1 pin to any other signal (whereas for NC2 pin it is possible to connect it to /LP pin as mentioned inside datasheet).
