Hi team,

for 15A charging current, which MOS should I find?

since there's no switching concern, should I choose the one with lowest Rdson ?

Hi Fred,

Yes, since the BATFET is not switching the main concern is conduction loss, so RDSON is the most important factor. On the EVM we use CSD17308Q3 which is around 10mOhm.

how about those two "pass through" FET , it's not switching in normal adapter mode,

should I look for lowest Rds_on as well?
