LM5116: Error in Tina TI file for power supply design

I want to design a circuit in Tina TI as I designed using Proteus software. The Proteus software circuit with inputs and outputs are given in the pdf attached below.
I tried to design the circuit in Tina but this doesn't work for me and doesn't give me exact outputs as shown in the pdf.
As you can see in the pdf, when I apply input from 90 to 220V AC, it gives me 60 to 64V DC output.
Kindly help me figure out the problem in the circuit (attached below) as soon as possible.

    As I mentioned in the previous post, I think the issue you mentioned is not caused by the LM5116. I cannot find the LM5116 device in your schematic.

    Also, I cannot find a way to regulate the output when the input voltage varies from 90V to 220V.  Please double check the schematic or the simulation result in your PDF file.
