Good day Colleagues,

Could you tell me, what is maximum operation frequency of the TPS4H160-Q1 device?

Can it support 200 kHz? If no, what similar part you can recommend?

    Hi Mikhail,

    We do not recommend operating the device with PWMs more than 1kHz to 2kHz depending on duty cycle.

    For faster operation, I would recommend looking at the Drivers portfolio and posting a new question with one of their parts tagged for the fastest response.
