I want to know the detection accuracy of the AFE of BQ40Z50，I set the overload protection to a5（RSNS=0），Alloy resistance with current sampling resistance of 2m Ω，

Theoretically, it should be protected at 11.1A，But the actual protection value reaches 11.4A。

Hello Quoqing,

You can find all hardware related specifications in the datasheet, the AFE thresholds are fairly large error, +/- 5% after trim.

It is section 7.31 Electrical Characteristics: OCD, SCC, SCD1, SCD2 Current Protection Thresholds

Hello Quoqing,

All our parts have been trimmed with standard settings, if you modify the default settings you should expect around 5-10% error with the protection.
