BQ25713: Current sense resister and the cell_batpres pin settle

Hi Team 

Now due to the temperature rise I would like to change current sense resister from 10mΩ to 5mΩ （for 3s battery application and 3A charge current). If it will take change of current sampling accuracy. 

One more question is that , for the pin of cell-batpres. For 3s setting, is the below resister is resonable（Vcc is 12V）?

    Hello Nanxiao,

    You can use a lower current sense resistor value like 5mOhm, however as you mentioned the reduce the Input Current sensing accuracy by 1/2 over the 10mOhm option. This will impact the resolution of the Input Current ADC and the accuracy of the IINDPM function. Another impact is that you can not use the PSYS function (requires 10/20mOhm).

    Regarding your second question, the resistors chosen should work well for 3S on CELL_BATPRESZ.
