TPS51206: pre-biased S3, 5 inputs before VDD ramp up

Hello,

In the system the VDD rail comes up after the S3,5 are externally driven (<2V).
Are there internal clamping diodes for these inputs to VDD (ESD or otherwise)?
I see no such restrictions in the datasheet.
