Hi,

The customer is mass-producing the TPS7B6350-Q1.

Please review the schematic due to the defect.

Schematic : 

Customer referred to the design requirements below in the datasheet.

Customer design

Input capacitor : 100uF + 100nF

Output capacitor : 10uF + 100nF

Power good threshold : 3.97V

    What defect and/or problem are they seeing in the design?

    WD_EN pull up resistor indicating disabled WD functionality.

        High Frequency, standard watchdog operation selected if operable due to external input.

    Enable functionality not used.

    Other than that I cannot see the capacitor sizes, but the connections are proper and seem to be in correct condition with correct passives applied to the pins. No glaring concerns with setup.
