Unfortunately, I could not find Q0273 in the schematic. Can you point me to that component?

And how should it be changed? Not sure if i understood that question?

still could not find it - the image is quite low resolution and as it is a screenshot, search do not work.

Hi Jimmy,

thank you - I found it now in the schematic.

You can of course use the one show in the schematic but there are no major requirements on this FET.
So should be easy to find another one. Is there a reason why not using this one?
