Could you help check if TPS61099 has redistribution layer?

Hi Shawn,

TPS61099 doesn't have RDL.

Hi Shawn,

After checking further, TSP61099 has BOAC, it is also a thick copper as similar with RDL.

Could you please tell me why customer want to know this? Thanks.
