I'm Lakshmi Narayana who is working as functional safety engineer in Bavarian Automotive Technologies GmbH.
We are using TPS65313-Q1 in one of our applications in DC-DC project.
In the manufacturer website, i couldn't find any functional safety related documents.
Can you please share this documents(each pin open circuit or short to Vcc or short to GND or short to adjacent pins failure effects) which would be helpful for our analysis.
Kindly share this document by this Friday if possible since we are working on this task on priority.
