Hi experts, rookie here looking for advice to send an interleaved PWM signal to a set of modular boost converters Im building. Ive attached some photos to give some visual perspective on what I am trying to achieve. The idea is to be able to scale my design with modules that can run in a paralleled interleaved mode. Im trying to come up with the cleanest way to have one master clock and multiply the frequency by the number of modules needed. For example, My LM5122 switching frequency is 150khz so if I was to run 2 units, I would set my clock to 300khz. 4 units would be 600khz etc.
And this is my output stage built on a 1.5mm single-layer aluminum board which will have a small driver board soldered to the headers containing the LM5122 controller. With some jumpers and ribbons, I will daisy chain several modules together. I know I can use a single 4017 but then I wouldn't have the ease of setup. Im looking to make one control board that can work in any place in the sequence. see photos:
Thanks in advance!
