We dont have that information to share and have no plan to develop it for this product, as far as I aware.

A functionally equivalent functional safety capable device is LMR36506-Q1.

Hello Marshall,

LMR36506-Q1 seems to be expensive so which one below would you suggest for Vin=7-36V Vout=5V up to 0.5A for very cost sensetive 12-24V CAV application.

Hello Gencay,

The commercial device's (without automotive qualifcation/guarantee (-Q1)) tend to be lower in cost.

If you only need operation up to 36V and don't need automotive qualification, then, I would advise:

OptA

LMR54410

OptB

LMR36503 / 6

OptC

LMZM23601

Hello,

Thank you for the suggestions, but the IC should have 60V transient protection therefore, LMR38010 and LMR36006-Q1 seems to suit better for our application so which one do you suggest?

I understand.

Yes, that is a good find. This (the PFEAM) is applicable for your device orderable.

We do preform testing which acts/attempts to accelerate the device aging.

Device performance and electrical specifications are evaluated after the fact.

There is no EOL scheduled on either product.

With that said, I would recommend selecting the one you feel best fits your application needs.
