Our battery management system containing the BQ20Z655-R1 at startup, the chip is in sealed mode and no full access. We have sent the unseal key to to put into unsealed mode and enable full access. However, after sending the reset command or after a certain amount of time without doing anything, it goes back into sealed mode. Is this a problem with the chip or there is something that can be done to stay in full access mode?
