You can download the TINA simulation file for LM74800-Q1 in the link below: LM74800-Q1 TINA-TI Common Drain Transient Model

LM74800-Q1 and LM74810-Q1 are very similar parts except for the Peak DGATE source current and charge pump source current. The behavior of these device will be similar except for AC superimposed rectification at high frequencies.

Will LM74800-Q1 TINA model work for you are do you need only LM74810-Q1 TINA model ?
