We want to use MC79L12.

In the datasheet, θJA(junction to above) is listed.

Could you provide the value of θJC(junction to case) and θJB(junction to boad)?

I got the results back for MC79L's thermal information.

θJC = 51.2 ºC/W

θJB = 37 ºC/W
