Anusha,
I believe that one of the key differences between DDR4 and LPDDR4 is that LPDDR4 does not have VTT.
Which voltage exactly are you trying to use this part for?
Thanks,
Kadeem
Anusha,
Sorry for the delay, it is a holiday weekend here in the US. Depending on the current requirement, the VTTREF can be used for Vref at 0.6V. What is the maximum current expected?
Thanks,
Kadeem
Anusha,
Perhaps it would be best if we continue this discussion via email (k-samuel@ti.com) so that we can get to the bottom of this.
As far as we are aware, the termination standard for LPDDR4 is different than that of DDR4: see this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/574850/tps51206-about-lpddr4-vtt-0-55v
Having said that, the VTT output of the device can support 0.5A at 0.6V.
Thanks,
Kadeem
